We will be hosting our event at The Alumni Center, located on the University of Texas at Austin campus across the street from the Darrell K Royal - Texas Memorial Stadium. Nestled along historic Waller Creek in downtown Austin, this venue is surrounded by 100-year-old oak trees that create the perfect setting and unique experience for attendees and sponsors alike.

How can I get to Civo Navigate Local?
By Car: There is parking onsite on a first come first serve basis. San Jacinto parking is available on 2401 San Jacinto Boulevard. Parking is open 24h a day, 7 days a week with pricing starting at $4 per hour.
Public Transport: Use CapMetro's Trip Planner to plan your route to The Alumni Center. Alternatively, bicycle racks are located near each venue's entrance.
Is the venue close to the airport?
The Alumni Center is just a 20 minute drive from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
Is this an in-person event only?
Yes, Civo Navigate is currently an in-person event. Should this change, we will publish details on our website.
Where can I find the code of conduct?

What is the ticket refund policy?

How can I get a Visa letter for the event?
We want you to join us at Civo Navigate, so if you need supporting documents to help with the application of a visa, please read the below guidelines.
- If Civo provides a visa letter, this does not guarantee visa approval or entry into the country who are hosting our event.
- Visa letters should be made as early as possible and no later than two weeks prior to the event.
- You must have registered for a ticket before you request a visa letter, as we will need to see confirmation of the registration.
- We will aim to complete your visa letter request within 3 working business days.
- Certain countries in which we hold our events require a local organisation to provide a visa invitation letter. By sending us your request and details to request a visa letter, you are authorising Civo to share your details with a third party.
